Watch: 'Myrtle Manor' music video

"Trailer Park: Welcome to Myrtle Manor," returns for a third season next month with new adventures -- and a theme song.

The TLC reality series filmed at Patrick's Park in Myrtle Beach will open Feb. 26 with "Rock This Trailer Park," by Nashville rapper Jelly Roll.

TLC also released some photos and other details, including new twists, such as Jared and Chelsey's newest addition, a baby.
