Midlands People & Achievements: Kathy Maness

Kathy Maness has been elected to the National League of Cities board of directors. Maness was elected to Lexington Town Council in 2004 and is a past president of Women in Municipal Government. She is a graduate from the University of South Carolina and also completed coursework at Winthrop University. She currently serves as executive director of Palmetto State Teachers Association.
