An unknown lottery winner has a choice between $1,000 a week for life or $1 million up front, according to the Missouri Lottery.

The winning ticket for the multistate Cash4Life game was sold by a Casey’s convenience store in Cole Camp, Missouri.

The winning player, who still hasn’t claimed their prize, got all five white-ball numbers — 22, 40, 45, 54 and 60 — for the Jan. 28 drawing. The Cash Ball drawn was 1, according to the Missouri Lottery.

Cash4Life has a top prize of $1,000 a day for life, and a second-tier prize of $1,000 a week ($52,000 annually) for life, minus taxes. Winners can also choose the up-front $1 million prize.

Game winners have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prize, giving this winner until July 27 to come forward.

Drawings for the Cash4Life game are held daily at 8 p.m., according to the Missouri Lottery. Cash4Life is played in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia.
