BUZZ: Tim Scott serving dinner at children's shelter

The children staying at a Lexington County shelter will receive their meal from a distinguished visitor tonight.

U.S. Sen. Tim Scott, a first-term Republican from North Charleston, will help serve dinner at the Nancy K. Perry Children’s Shelter, which provides housing for children in crisis. Scott also will visit with the children there, according to a release from his office.
