The Brookland Foundation: Book signing and reception for New York best selling author Carter Paysinger and Steven Fenton of “Where a Man Stands,” 6 p.m. Sept. 15 at Brookland Banquet & Conference Center,1066 Sunset Blvd. West Columbia. “Where a Man Stands” tells the story of a student, Steven Fenton, who bonded with his coach, Carter Paysinger.
