Carowinds launches new mobile app

Carowinds launched a new mobile app Tuesday that allows users to view up-to-date ride wait times and an interactive map of the park. The app is meant to speed up and simplify all aspects of visiting Carowinds. Customers using the app will also be able to purchase tickets, “Fast Lane” passes and meal plans, mark and remember their parking spots, view attraction and event information, and receive special offers and discounts. The Fort Mill amusement park also announced that free, high-speed Wi-Fi is now available throughout the park. The app can be downloaded for free from iTunes or Google Play.
