BOOK SIGNING: James E. McTeer II will be signing copies of “Minnow,” 5-7 p.m. June 25 at Books on Broad, 944 Broad St., Camden. McTeer, the winner of the S.C. First Novel Prize, is a media specialist at Polo Road Elementary School, living in Columbia.
EXHIBIT: Original paintings from “Katie’s Cabbage,” an inspirational book from a Summerville teen that launched the nonprofit Katie’s Krops that advocates gardening based solutions to hunger, beginning Tuesday, June 16, at Gallery West. A book signing and reception with author Katie Stagliano is Friday, June 19 at Gallery West, 118 State St.
