‘Southern Charm’ scores ratings in finale
The season 2 finale of the Charleston-based reality series “Southern Charm” scored the show’s highest ratings to date.
Bravo Media announced that the May 25 episode delivered 1.7 million viewers, up 11 percent over the inaugural season finale.
Fans also dished a lot on social media. Bravo said the episode had the highest social activity.
“Southern Charm” follows a group of socialites living in Charleston, including former state treasurer Thomas Ravenel, who spent time in prison on drug charges, and his girlfriend, Kathryn Dennis.
The Season 2 finale was a doozy: Craig Conover left Charleston after getting fired from a law office; Dennis and Ravenel finally broke up after a contentious fight about their future.
A reunion episode is set for 10 p.m. Monday, June 1.
