When it comes to advice for others who are thinking about going under the knife, Kris encouraged people to "do what makes you feel good" and to use a "trusted" physician. "You can't do something because someone else wants you to do it, and then you have to do great research on the doctor that you choose," she advised.
Kris finally opened up about in June 2025 about when she got her first face-lift, after her reps confirmed she'd had new work done on her face by a top New York City plastic surgeon.

"By over-pushing the nasal bone, she ended up with an asymmetrical position on the left side while the lower half of her nose remained in the midline," Shahar said. 2025 Kris' rep confirmed in May 2025 that she saw top New York City plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine for a facial refresh without revealing what specific aesthetic enhancements she had done. The businesswoman also gave a shout-out to Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher in the comments of a June 4, 2025, Instagram post, writing "Garth you are such a superstar class act!! You did my first facelift in 2011 … 14 years ago!!! and made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it's like and not be afraid … you have taken great care of us always and remain such a close and treasured friend!!
