Thomas Ravenel, Kathryn Dennis expecting baby No. 2
Looks like Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn are adding to their family.
The “Southern Charm” reality TV series stars are expecting their second child together, according to Bravo TV’s web site.
The baby is due in December.
They already have a child, Kensington Calhoun, born in March 2014.
“This pregnancy’s been different just because I’m living in Charleston. I’m not moving around. I have my family to help,” Kathryn told “The Daily Dish.”
As for Thomas?
“Thomas is still soaking in the news and trying to make his changes. He travels a lot with polo and he’s very busy. He’s just kind of adjusting right now, I think. But, you know, he is excited,” she added.
Right now, according to Bravo, Dennis said her focus is on Kensington, who she thinks has gotten some traits from both mom and dad. “I do [see myself in her]. I don’t know if it’s her expressions or what,” she said. “When she smiles I can see it, and her little nose looks just like mine. Thomas is very active, and energetic, and on from thing to the other very quickly, and that’s kind of something I see that she takes after him.”
The mom-to-be isn’t the only one looking forward to having another tot around by year’s end, according to Bravo.
“The greatest gift thus far in my life has been the privilege of being a father to my daughter Kensie,” Bravo said Thomas told People. “Now, with a son on the way, I feel doubly blessed.”
Still, the news was a surprise to them both. “I was surprised,” Kathryn said, according to Bravo. “Thomas and I are always on and off, but we had a whirlwind romance that weekend. That’s kind of how we were with the first pregnancy, too.”
“We are friends,” she added of their current relationship status. “We communicate and things are pleasant. “That’s all I can really hope for.”
