Country music superstar will perform in Columbia during his upcoming tour
Country music superstar Kane Brown will bring his upcoming tour to Columbia for a concert, promoters said Thursday.
The five-time American Music Awards winner will bring “The High Road Tour” to Colonial Life Arena on April 24, 2025.
Tickets will go on sale to the public on Oct. 18 at 10 a.m. at ticketmaster.com, but some presale events will begin next Tuesday and can be accessed by preregistering at kanebrownmusic.com.
Any tickets that are still available can be purchased at the Colonial Life Arena box office on the following “Ticket Tuesday.”
Information about ticket prices was not available.
Brown is scheduled to be joined in Columbia by support acts Mitchell Tenpenny and Ashley Cooke.
The tour, which will kickoff in San Diego, is scheduled to make 23 stops, but the performance in Columbia is currently the only concert slated for South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia.
Brown has previously been named “the future of country music,” by Billboard, and was dubbed as one of 100 most influential people in the world in 2021 by Time magazine.
He first broke onto the scene in 2016 with his self-titled, 3X Platinum, chart-topping debut album, promoters said. That album featured two of the most-streamed country songs of all time — the Diamond-selling “Heaven,” 9X Platinum “What Ifs.”
“One Mississippi,” “One Thing Right,” and “Thank God,” with Katelyn Brown are among Brown’s other well-known songs.
His sophomore album “Experiment” hit No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart in 2018, and was followed by the “Mixtape Vol. 1,” which earned Brown an ACM Award nomination for Album of the Year and an ACM win for Video of the Year,” according to promoters.
Brown has sold more than 3,660,000 albums, and has been streamed 6,236,843,668 times according to online records.
