You can have your own nine-bed, 13-bath house on the shores of Lake Murray for the low, low price of $7.4 million.

The home on Stucks Point Drive south of Chapin is up for sale. Built in 1989, the single-family home is 13,771 square feet on 3.37 acres, according to a listing on Zillow. It’s the most expensive current home listing in Lexington County on the real estate website.

Amenities include a pool, a hot tub and a sauna plus an EV charging station and five garages. The main residence is almost 10,000-square-feet, with the rest taken up by a fully-detached “barndominium” boasting another two bedrooms, two full baths, a half-bath, and a full luxury kitchen, the listing says.

The newly renovated chef’s kitchen showcases three dishwashers, four sinks, a baking room, two refrigerators, two ice makers, and three beverage/wine coolers.

Take the private elevator down a level, and you can visit the billiards room and “a full summer kitchen with its own washer and dryer — ideal for effortless lakeside entertaining,” according to Zillow.

Outdoors, the new owner will enjoy a lakeside pool, a boathouse, a workshop and more than 4,000 square feet of covered porches.

The home had been listed for sale for 15 days as of Monday.
