Overturned tractor trailer on I-77 blocking traffic

A tractor trailer that overturned this morning on Interstate 77 near mile marker 6 in Columbia is partially blocking traffic.

Highway Patrol said traffic is backed up near exit 6A to Shop Road, S.C. 768 eastbound. The two right lanes of I-77 southbound are closed and only one lane is open.

Troopers are urging motorists to use caution when traveling through.
