‘My faith is strong,’ moving on after the 2015 floods

Catching up to him two years later, Marshall says he has moved on -- living in Irmo, retired after 30 years from the state, recently married. “My faith is strong,” he says. He reflects on what happened two years ago, especially with the recent hurricanes and flooding in Texas, Florida and the Philippines.
“My heart goes out to them and the challenges they will have to face moving forward.”
