They say it’s never too late to return to school. And California-based rapper “Lil B” seems to be exploring just that.

Lil B, who also goes by “The BaseGod,” asked on Twitter on Thursday afternoon what university would be willing to admit him.

“I’m very interested in science and bio and also nuero (sic) science,” he tweeted. “I want to offer more to the American people and globally, as well as animals.”

He had a caveat, however; Lil B hasn’t finished high school, he said.

Acceptances poured in through social media, even from the University of South Carolina.

“Go get that GED then hit up http://sc.edu/apply,” a social media post from the university stated. “We think you'd make an excellent gamecock. And being a student here is (three flame emojis).”

Lil B said he was honored for the universities showing that they do not discriminate.

“Let’s go,” he tweeted. “I wanna learn.”

It wouldn’t be the first time Lil B, whose real name is Brandon Christopher McCartney, makes it into the college world. He has previously given lectures at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, New York University and the University of Florida, according to Newsweek.
