You can also take part in a fitness class and observe demonstrations of healthy eating and living habits. A spoken word contest will feature local artists in this high-energy form of expression that covers a wide range of wellness topics to achieve the most valuable lessons of medical intervention, detection, and healthy living outcomes to the local community about the value of wellness.
