Spotted Salamander adds dinner service

Chef Travis Rayle has joined Spotted Salamander Catering and restaurant to extend that restaurant’s hours from lunch into dinner Tues-Sat 5:30-9:30. Dinner service began Thursday, Sept. 15. Rayle is a local favorite known for his creative use of fresh ingredients.
