Can you plate like Dali?

In case you don’t know, Salvador Dali once wrote a cookbook, “Les Diners de Gala,” and was known for hosting opulent dinner parties.

The challenge to Columbia’s chefs is: Take a regular menu item and plate it as Dali might, then send a hi-res photo with a description to sardis@thestate.com. Deadline is noon Friday, March 3.

Best ones get printed in Go Columbia’s March 9 edition.
