Celebrity chef Curtis Stone coming to Midlands grocery store

Celebrity chef Curtis Stone will be in the Columbia area Thursday, holding two cooking demonstrations at Lowes Foods in Forest Acres.

Stone, best known for cooking shows on Food Network and Bravo TV, and for his appearance on NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice 3” with Donald Trump, will create recipes with products from Australian family-owned Thomas Farm Kitchen. After the cooking demonstrations — one from 1-2 p.m. and a second from 2-3 p.m. — Stone will sign copies of his latest book “Good Food, Good Life.”
