Get twisted, get salty: New pretzel shop rising in Irmo
Irmo, meet pretzels.
The newest location of Philly Pretzel Factory is now open on Broad River Road.
It is the second Midlands shop for the Philadelphia-based chain, which opened its first Columbia-area store on Rosewood Drive last fall.
Philly Pretzel Factory’s menu offers pretzels in a variety of forms: your classic twist, in nugget form, wrapped around a hot dog, stuffed with cheesesteak, baked beneath pepperoni and cheese, covered in salt or smothered with cinnamon. And there are a dozen dipping sauce options, from nacho cheese to brownie batter.
The new shop is located at 7320 Broad River Road in Irmo. It is open seven days a week, from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sundays.
