Here’s when Another Broken Egg Cafe will open in Columbia

A new breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant is having its grand opening in Columbia next week.

Another Broken Egg Cafe, a chain with three other locations in South Carolina, officially will open on Monday, Sept. 14. The restaurant was holding a soft opening Friday and Saturday.

Its lengthy menu features an array of morning-to-midday dishes, from omelettes and scramblers to French toast to salads and sandwiches. Unique items include a lobster and brie omelette and biscuit beignets. The menu also includes a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options.

The restaurant also will serve cocktails including traditional Bloody Marys and mimosas, as well as spiked coffees and other specialty drinks.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is located at 4600 Devine St., next to the new Kairos Mediterranean restaurant near the Bi-Lo shopping center. It will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The restaurant also has locations in Greenville, Charleston and Mount Pleasant.
