Take a trip, see a farm: The South Carolina Agritourism Association has created a Passport Program for farms in order to educate folks on what the agriculture industry means to the state. Plant-based diets have been shown to help prevent and reduce the use of certain medications, improve sleep, achieve weight loss without portion control or calorie counting, increase energy and improve digestion and lower blood cholesterol and blood pressure.
