And, in addition to the State Farmers Market, neighborhood farmers markets make it easy to get the best of the season.

Farmers in the Forest
Opens: Wednesday, April 27
Where: Forest Acres at Richland Mall, in the parking lot along Beltline Boulevard.
When: 3-7 p.m. Wednesdays through October, with a possible extension through November.
