Columbia’s Motor Supply Co. Bistro gets festive; chefs to participate in regional food fests

Executive Chef Wes Fulmer and team members of Motor Supply Co. Bistro in Columbia will be making appearances at Asheville’s Food and Wine Festival on Aug. 20, and Euphoria Greenville on Sept. 24.

At Asheville, Fulmer will be featured in the Grand Tasting event, participating in a live cooking demonstration and the Motor Supply booth will serve food samplings throughout the day. At a nearby booth, Motor Supply owner Eddie Wales and his brother Paul Brock will provide samples of their 100% grass-fed beef Two Brothers Jerky. In Greenville, Fulmer and team will appear at the Feast By the Field event noon-4 p.m. Sept. 24. This tasting showcase held in the West End next to Flour Field will also feature an open-air craft beer garden and culinary stage. Fulmer and Sous Chef Curtis Clark will prepare food samples and Head Barman Josh Streetman will concoct handcrafted cocktails to compliment the small bites.
