CITY HOOPS INSTRUCTIONAL BASKETBALL PROGRAM: The City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department is hosting an instructional youth basketball programs for boys and girls ages 3-8. Prices will go up to $30 for the 5K and $40 for the 10K Monday-Nov. 20 Prices will go up to $40 for the 5K and $50 for the 10K Nov. 21 through the day of the race.
