Jessi Dickerson, Bryant Fuller marry

Jessica Marie “Jessi” Dickerson of Columbia and Bryant Chandler Fuller of Marietta, Georgia, were united in marriage Sept. 10 at the Memorial Gardens at the Lace House in Columbia. The Rev. Jacob Helsley officiated the 5 o’clock ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Stevenson Latham of Columbia. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Reuben Dickerson of Charlotte, North Columbia; Mr. and Mrs. Jarvis Harding Latham and Mrs. Barbara Shielda Mabelitini, all of Columbia; Mr. Matheus Josef Nieuwenhuizen of Meridian, Mississippi and the late Mrs. Doris Moessner (Garcia) Nieuwenhuizen of Columbia; and the late Mr. Jeronimo Garcia-Soto of Caguas, Puerto Rico.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with degrees in marketing and management from the University of South Carolina, and she is employed with McAngus, Goudelock and Courie, LLC.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Bell Fuller of Beaufort. He is the grandson of the late Mr. Francis Thompson Scruggs and Mrs. Geneva Drye (Scruggs) Foard of Charlotte, North Carolina, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Sumner Bacon Fuller of Durham, North Carolina.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in construction science management from Clemson University, and he is employed with Canam Steel.

The bride was escorted by her father and her brother, Jeremy Dickerson. She was given in marriage by her parents. Columbia Strings provided music.

Matrons of honor were Mrs. Katherine Schneider Tinsley of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Mrs. Hilary Kay Dickerson of Elgin. Bridesmaids were Miss Katherine Elizabeth Davis and Miss Mary Alexandra Lockhart, both of Charleston; Mrs. Kate McCauley Fogle, Miss Hannah Jade Latham, Miss Katherine Anne Rook and Mrs. Jennifer Pace Thompson, all of Columbia; and Miss Katalin Leigh Seifert of Oro Valley, Arizona. Miss Margo Mae Dickerson and Miss Olivia Kay Dickerson, both of Elgin, were flower girls.

Best man was the groom’s brother, Christopher Bell Fuller. Groomsmen were Mr. Eric Michael Davis of Clemson; Mr. Leonard Kennedy Fitzgerald, Mr. Chappelle Heath Manning, Mr. Patrick Jenkins Myers and Mr. Michael Pierce Ouzts, all of Charleston; Mr. Scott Alexander Hinkley of Marietta, Georgia; Mr. William Herbert Lowman of Charlotte, North Carolina; and Mr. Colin Bradley Shropshire of Columbia.

Mr. John Chevy deWolfe of Elgin served as usher, and Mrs. Carol Lea Caulk of West Columbia read. Mrs. Virginia Shropshire of Columbia and Mrs. Maura Langston Ouzts of Charleston were greeters.

A reception followed at the Lace House.

After their honeymoon in Riveria Cancun, Mexico, the couple will reside in Marietta, Georgia, with their dogs, Sterling and Holland.
