Danny and Karen Hood celebrate 25th anniversary

Danny and Karen Hood recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. They were married in June 8, 1991, in Grantham, North Carolina.

Their children are Stancil Hood and wife Courtney of Irmo, and William Dimaggio and wife Jessie of Columbia.

They have five beautiful granddaughters.

Their children surprised them last month with a wonderful anniversary party at home. “We were totally surprised!” Danny Hood said. “Our sisters and their families from North Carolina attended, as well as several local special friends.”

In May, the couple took a 10-day cruise through New England and Canada to celebrate their anniversary.

The couple, who live in Chapin, are both real estate agents with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and have worked together in the same Irmo office for 31 years.
