Carolyn and Delbert Makel celebrate 50th anniversary

Carolyn and Delbert Makel of West Columbia recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married July 21, 1966, at the courthouse in Winnsboro.

They celebrated with their family at their new beach house in Garden City.

Their children are Bradley Patterson and Kim (Mac) Nowell, and their grandchildren are Emily, Mary and Sarah Nowell.
