Kemper and Dotty Breeding celebrate 52nd anniversary

Kemper Allen and Dorothy Hess “Dotty” Breeding of Chapin recently celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary. They were married Aug. 7, 1964, at Vermont United Methodist Church in Kingsport, Tennessee.

Their children are K. Allen Breeding of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Sheryl Breeding Hartley (Brian) of Johnson City, Tennessee. They have one grandchild, Jesse Allen Hartley of Johnson City, Tennessee.

On the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary, they were honored by their children with a celebration of friends and family on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2014, in Chapin.
