Linda and David Griffith celebrate 50th anniversary

Linda Moore and David Allen Griffith of West Columbia recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married Aug. 11, 1966, at Fellowship Baptist Church in Lexington.

Their children are Allen (Amy) Griffith of Chapin and Lindsay (Jason) Jackson of Johns Island.

They have four grandchildren – Sydney and Jacob Griffith of Chapin and Griffith and David Jackson of Johns Island.

Linda and David traveled across the country this summer in their RV, visiting 19 states. They will take a New England cruise next month.

A reception celebrating their 50th anniversary was held Aug. 11 at Our Saviour Lutheran Church in West Columbia.
