Coroner identifies man killed in cycling accident in Lexington County
Authorities have identified the cyclist killed in a Saturday car crash in Lexington County.
Charles Justin McCaskill, 36, of Gaston, was struck by a vehicle while he was riding his bicycle down Fish Hatchery Road in Gaston, according to a release from Lexington County Coroner Margret Fisher.
McCaskill was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle was not injured, according to the release.
