Alphin becomes director of two SC police groups

Ryan Alphin has been appointed executive director of the South Carolina Police Chiefs Association, the state’s largest association for police chiefs and senior police executives. Alphin currently is the South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers Association executive director, where he will continue to serve. In his new dual role, he will serve more than 7,000 law enforcement officers in South Carolina, as well as more than 250 police chiefs and senior police executives.
