JoAnne Smith of PHT Services in Columbia has earned the Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance designation. Smith has more than 10 years experience in finance and accounting

Brandy Bayne has joined LS3P’s Columbia office as assistant construction administrator. Bayne has experience in large-scale government and institutional projects at engineering and architecture firms in Columbia and Charlotte.

Kenneth Whitted and Carlos Osorio have joined Brownstone in Columbia. Whitted joined as project architect, while Osorio joined as marketing manager.

Hannah Stetson has joined Murphy Grantland in Columbia as an associate. Stetson is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and will concentrate on insurance defense and coverage matters.

Stuart Reynolds has recently been designated broker in charge at the ERA Wilder Realty office in Irmo. Reynolds has served in the role previously.
