Midlands People & Achievements: Belton Zeigler
Belton Zeigler, an experienced South Carolina utility and energy law attorney, has joined Womble Carlyle’s Columbia office. Zeigler is a founding board member of the Congaree Land Trust and has participated as a lead attorney in multiple gas and electric rate cases. Zeigler has represented clients before the state Public Service Commission in more than 20 major regulatory proceedings.
