Midlands People & Achievements: Tim Rogers

Tim Rogers has joined the S.C. Institute of Medicine and Public Health in Columbia as manager of legislative services. Rogers’ career includes 42 years in state government, most recently as health-care budget analyst for the S.C. House Ways and Means Committee. Rogers will oversee research and program activities on health and health-care issues before the Legislature.
