Midlands People & Achievements: William Metzger
William Metzger has been appointed to the board of directors of Meritas, a worldwide affiliation of commercial law firms with nearly 7,000 lawyers in over 80 countries. Metzger, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, is an attorney at Robinson McFadden in Columbia and practices primarily in commercial transactions, and bankruptcy and creditors rights. Metzger also has served as president of the S.C. Bankruptcy Law Association.
