Midlands People & Achievements: Brian Kelley

Brian Kelley has been named the new president and chief executive officer of Pee Dee Electric Cooperative. Kelley, a graduate of Francis Marion University, has worked with the cooperative since 2002, most recently serving as the chief administrative officer, vice president of marketing and vice president of member service.
