Midlands People & Achievements: Montague Laffitte III

Montague Laffitte III was named the South Carolina Bankers Association’s Outstanding Young Banker for 2015. Laffitte, South State Bank’s central South Carolina region president, was given the award at the SCBA Annual Meeting, held in Charleston. Laffitte is responsible for South State’s commercial, private bank and retail operations across the company’s Lexington, Columbia and Florence markets.
