Melissa Donald has joined the South Carolina School Boards Association as director of finance. She will perform all chief financial officer responsibilities for the association and for the S.C. School Boards Insurance Trust. Donald, a resident of Chapin, has worked more than 20 years in finance in the nonprofit, corporate and public arenas.
