Midlands People & Achievements: Samuel Small Jr.
Samuel Small Jr. has been promoted to president of First Palmetto Bank by the bank’s board of directors. Small has worked with First Palmetto Bank for nine years in various roles, including most recently as executive president and member of the board. He holds two degrees from the University of South Carolina and lives in Columbia.
