Midlands People & Achievements: John Hearn

John Hearn of Rogers, Townsend and Thomas in Columbia has been selected to join the board of directors of the American Legal and Financial Network. The network is a national group of members of the residential mortgage banking and legal communities. Hearn leads Rogers Townsend’s default services department and is a past president of the Richland County Bar Association. Hearn provides legal counsel to financial institutions and other mortgage services in the areas of foreclosure and other default-related matters.
