Midlands Tech expanding
Work is under way on a $10.2 million learning center on the Beltline campus of Midlands Technical College.
The three-story building is replacing the library with a facility equipped with computer labs, tutoring facilities, individual study rooms and a common area for students. It will take two years to finish. Midlands Tech president Ronald Rhames said it would become a “signature building” on the Beltline campus.
