Midlands People & Achievements: Tom Dobbins

Tom Dobbins has been named the recipient of the John W. Parris Agricultural Leadership Award by the South Carolina Association of Agricultural Educators. Dobbins is state director of the Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service and is a nationally recognized leader in agricultural education. The award is named in honor of John W. Parris of Columbia for his more than 55 years of professional service to agriculture and education.
