Midlands People & Achievements: Diane Sumpter
Diane Sumpter has been elected to the board of South Carolina Future Minds, a non-profit that connects private support to public schools in South Carolina. Sumpter is the founder of DESA, Inc., a professional services firm in Columbia. Sumpter also serves on the boards of Midlands Technical College and South Carolina State NAACP. Sumpter is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
