2 restaurants reopen after Columbia flooding

Garners Ferry-area restaurants LaBrasca’s Pizza and Eggroll Chen have reopened after being restored from flood damage. Located at 4365 Fort Jackson Blvd, LaBrasca’s had more than a foot of water that damaged nearly everything except for its pizza oven, original to the store’s construction and opening in 1966. While the restaurant is still not open for dine-in eating, it is back in commission for to-go orders and deliveries.

Despite more than two feet of flooding at its 715 Crowson Road site, Egg Roll Chen passed inspection in mid-October.
