Rogers E. Harrell III has joined Murphy Grantland as an associate. Harrell concentrates on construction defects and civil defense of insurance companies, businesses and individuals. Prior to joining the firm, The Citadel graduate was a law clerk for S.C. Circuit Court Judge R. Knox McMahon.
