Midlands people and achievements: Boyd B. “Nick” Nicholson

Boyd B. “Nick” Nicholson, managing director of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, will be presented the South Carolina Lawyers Weekly Leadership in Law Award at the publication’s annual event March 10 in Charleston. The Leadership in Law Award recognizes legal professionals from across the Palmetto State who have achieved success in their law practice, made contributions to society and have had an impact on the legal industry. Nicholson is a member of the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce board of directors and a graduate of Leadership South Carolina and Leadership Greenville. He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
