Bryan Osborn has been named general manager and vice president of advertising for The Island Packet and the Beaufort Gazette. Osborn previously served as vice president of digital for The State newspaper in Columbia, The Island Packet and The Beaufort Gazette. All three media companies are owned by the McClatchy Co. Osborn, 49, has spent 24 years in the news industry in a variety of leadership roles.
