Midlands people and achievements: Nancy L. Smith

Nancy L. Smith, South Carolina State Fair assistant general manager, was recently elected as Zone 2 director with the International Association of Fairs and Expositions. As Zone 2 director, Smith represents South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia in the association. She has been involved with the S.C. State Fair for more than 30 years.
