MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – A makeover of the restaurant area at the popular Broadway at the Beach tourist attraction in Myrtle Beach will resemble a warehouse district in a Southern city.

The Sun News of Myrtle Beach reports architects have presented conceptual plans to the city for a new Dave & Buster’s restaurant.

Brian Wurst of Charleston’s LS3P Associates says architects looked at warehouse districts in Charleston, Savannah, Georgia, and Wilmington, North Carolina for inspiration.

The warehouse theme will also be used in other buildings as Broadway at the Beach revamps the Celebrity Square restaurant area.

The new Dave and Busters is being located at the site of the Hard Rock Cafe located in a building shaped like a pyramid. Hard Rock is moving to another location at Broadway at the Beach.
